Golden Summer (Pink Sand) offers a fresh take on Mitchell English's original Golden Summer work.
In his most recent creation, Golden Summer (Pink Sand), Mitch has revisited the familiar rhythm of a summer beach scene, reworking the composition with a softer pink sand ground and a refreshed, contemporary palette. Figures rest, gather and drift across the surface, their repeated gestures forming a quiet pattern of movement and pause.
Viewed from above, the beach becomes a shared landscape — towels, boards and umbrellas scattered like markers across the sand. The pink ground warms the scene, lending it a gentler atmosphere while allowing subtle hits of colour to guide the eye and create balance across the composition.

Canvas prints are produced using 100% pure cotton canvas, printed with archival pigment inks and sealed with multiple coats of protective art varnish. Please note: only framed orders are stretched. Unframed canvas print orders are sent in a tube.
