"I've always been obsessed with the freedom that you feel when there's nothing between you and the elements but a pair of swimmers. 

I'm particularly interested in that at a shared, community, cultural level. In Australia, there is no class divide on our beaches. Privilege and privatism have no role there. Bliss."

When you commission an original work by Mitch, he will work with you to define the colour palette that you or your clients prefer. Paintings can be sized to suit specific locations in private homes or commercial spaces—including hotels, resorts, restaurants, and retail environments.

If you desire, details personal to you or your clients can also be incorporated into commissioned pieces. He works in acrylic on linen or canvas, float framed in either Tasmanian oak or a wood in a colour of your choice.

Depending upon size and custom requirements, commission pieces are typically priced between AUD $4,000 and $12,000 and usually take between 8 to 12 weeks - from start to delivery.
