Absolutely. Framed works are available to order online or to pick-up from Mitch's studio.

If you'd like to order a limited edition fine art print and frame the work yourself, then that's a good option too.

Framing is a refined craft and a good frame not only adds to the beauty of your artwork, it also protects it.

So, we advise you use a professional framer rather than buy a ready-made frame. Pick a good framer close to you. Ask around for feedback to ensure you use someone skilled.

Once you've found a good framer, we advise that you ensure they use only acid-free materials.

If you're framing a limited edition fine art print, you can consider UV filtering glass too. This is not necessary, and it will cost more, but it's something to consider. It will ensure that your limited edition print is protected and framed to last.

Our limited edition fine art prints come with a white border so you don't necessarily need to use a mat board. You can if you want as mat boards are used not only to draw the eye, but also to provide a space between the artwork and the glass.

When it comes to the actual frame, this is a personal choice. We find, however, that Mitch's fine art prints looks great framed in either a traditional or box frame, in either unstained Tasmanian Oak or a classic white. And we prefer a box frame.

That's why all of the framed works we sell here are box framed.

If you purchase an original artwork directly through us (contact us to discuss availability) you can purchase it framed or unframed.

If you wish us to ship it to you rolled up in a tube (cost-effective and perfectly safe method) then we recommend that when you have it framed, you get a shadow box frame.

Definitely get it professionally framed.

We find Tasmanian Oak in natural or black work best (the colour depends upon the work itself and your decor). Mitch can always advise you :)

Mitch signs all of his originals and signs and numbers all of his and prints.

We believe in the value of art - both originals and prints. That is why we print to the highest possible quality available.

Rest assured, that any artwork purchased through Mitch's website or Mitch's studio is a 100% authentic Mitchell English artwork.

We work with the company that uses the largest, best scanning machine in the country. They work for the Australian Mint - they're that good.

Each of Mitch's artworks is scanned into this flat bed scanner and the resultant image is HUGE.

We print from that image and the quality we achieve is remarkable.

People often remark when they see the print on the paper that they swear the artwork is printed on canvas.

The paper we print on is 310 gsm Photo Rag Museum Grade Paper.

This is archival quality paper.

Care of my print

If you are buy an unframed print, firstly, please see the above section re framing.

Next, note that prints can fade in the sun.

For your print to last, it is best not to hang it in direct sunlight.

You can make an appointment to visit Mitch in his studio. He has various works available for purchase there.

If you don't live near Noosa, then by all means email us and ask for a catalogue of all of Mitch's currently available original works.

If there are any works on this website or on his Instagram that you like, you can talk to him about those works.

If they're sold, you can talk to him about creating a custom work for you.
